The scholarship application
deadline has passed as of Monday, October 20, 2003, 12 midnight (Eastern).
Scholarship
Applications must be postmarked no later than October 20,
2003. Applications postmarked after this deadline, or with incomplete
information, will not be considered.

A limited number of scholarships are
available. The Scholarship Program seeks to bring to the conference a
broad representation of individuals who have demonstrated experience and
potential to become active in HIV/AIDS-related activities in their
communities. Detailed information about the Scholarship Program,
including guidelines on eligibility, is provided in the Scholarship
Application. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please complete
