MEDIA REGISTRATION
GUIDELINES

Each media registrant for the conference must complete
and submit a separate Media Registration Form.
A media registrant at the conference is entitled to
admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, concurrent sessions, and
poster sessions. Admission of media registrants to skills-building
workshops and affinity sessions will be at the discretion of the
organizers of the specific workshops and sessions. Media badges issued by
the conference organizers must be worn at all times for admission to any
session or function.
Proof of accreditation must be submitted with this form.
This proof may be provided in one or more of the following ways:

Photocopy of official press credentials

Letter verifying assignment to the conference on the letterhead of
the media organization for which you work

Freelance journalists: Copy of an official letter of
assignment, plus three bylined HIV/AIDS-related articles

Newsletter writers and editors: Copy of three issues of your
newsletter containing at least one bylined HIV/AIDS article
The deadline for media preregistration is January 5, 2004.
